FAQ + Returns
Ordering from b.soleful couldn't be easier. Simply find the item/s you would like, select your size and colour and add to your basket. From your basket the steps to checkout are straightforward, just follow the process.
If you experience any problems our Customer Services team will be happy to help. Please email email@example.com with your request and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
Alternatively, you will be able to place an order over the phone by September 2020. Hold tight, we’re still getting set up.
Our hosts, Shopify, accept most types of payment methods including credit or debit card and also Paypal.
If we are offering a promotional code, enter the code whilst you are on the checkout page and the discount will apply. Only one promotional code can be redeemed per transaction, please check the terms and conditions of the code you are using for any restrictions.
We regularly review our prices to ensure we offer you the best deal we can. We know that price is important, which is why we will match any lower price you find elsewhere for the same product. We may even beat it – email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We offer Standard UK Shipping for £2.95 and £5.95 for Next Day delivery for all items ordered before 3.30pm.
Delivery to Europe is £10.95, plus £5 for each additional pair.
Delivery to the Rest of the World is £14.95, plus £5 for each additional pair.
All orders are processed within 3 working days. During sale seasons orders might suffer a slight delay due to an excessive amount of orders being filled out. Bsoleful will not be held responsible for a delay in shipment caused by weather conditions or any other circumstances beyond our control.
Items purchased online (full price, sale, discounted and sale items) can be returned to our Office for a refund or exchange within 28 days of the dispatch date. We’re happy to exchange for a different size or colour if possible.

We require a returns form or proof of purchase. All returned items need to be in an unworn condition and in their original packaging.
Please complete the returns form enclosed in your order, including reason for return or exchange. To help us process your returns and exchanges quickly and efficiently, please ensure all requested information is provided.
If for any reason you did not receive a returns form, please email email@example.com and we will send you a copy of our returns form. Please make sure you include your order reference number (Example: ORDER:001 - this can be found on your order confirmation email), your name, email address, item(s) to be returned or exchanged, and reason for the return.
We would also recommend you take a photo or photocopy of the returns form/proof of purchase for your records.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless your product is found to be faulty after an inspection by our in-house Footwear Technician. In this case, we will refund your postage costs.
We would advise you use a tracked delivery service to post your items, as unfortunately we cannot accept responsibility for items lost. Please retain your postage receipt or tracking number until your refund has been processed.
If you have returned your item/s for a refund, this will be processed within 10 working days of receipt of your item in our warehouse. Once your refund is processed, you will receive a notification email. Please note all refunds will be completed to the original method of payment. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
